Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI, and biotechnology
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential and create adoption frameworks
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external investors
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of bold experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility for R&D initiatives
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for global partnerships
