Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve customer hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose complex technical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the senior engineering team and follow up until resolution.
- Conduct product training sessions for new clients to ensure optimal product usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and network configurations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in using helpdesk software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
