Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure data security and compliance across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
