- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs to source innovation
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts impacting future implementation
- Drive digital transformation projects with 5+ year horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (demonstrated case studies required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI frameworks
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Certification in technology foresight or futures studies preferred
