Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps focusing on quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype breakthrough applications for 2026+ ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biocomputing, climate-tech) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining products or platforms
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (MIT Tech Review, Wired, etc.)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
