- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor tech landscapes and regulatory shifts impacting innovation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive R&D budget allocation for high-impact future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
