Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AGI, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board of directors
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and venture pitches
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record in securing $10M+ in innovation grants
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global collaboration
- Public speaking experience at TED or similar high-impact forums
