As a key member of our Executive Strategy team, you'll analyze technological disruptions, evaluate market readiness for next-gen solutions, and translate complex trends into actionable roadmaps. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives and R&D leaders to prioritize investments in quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, and sustainable tech.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight strategy aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech) for commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Build and lead an internal Future Tech Council
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen innovations
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
