Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, bioinformatics) for enterprise adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology readiness and ROI for future-facing initiatives
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen products with 3-5 year horizons
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling technologies to $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain/sustainable tech)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
