Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to market launch
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and future scenario planning
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investors
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Drive commercialization of prototype technologies through pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in STEM field or MBA with tech specialization
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovative products/solutions
