- Lead quantum computing/AI integration pilots for enterprise clients
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 18-36 month commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a team of 5-7 futurist researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption forecasting frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles)
- Proficiency in Python, data modeling, and strategic visualization tools
