Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Create competitive analysis reports and technology adoption roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused workshops
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for priority initiatives
- Present strategic vision at global tech forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with demonstrable impact on 3+ product lifecycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Experience scaling teams through exponential growth phases
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
