Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech domains
- Partner with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for disruptive technology incubation
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Physics preferred
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/venture funding
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder management
