Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and distributed ledger systems
- Lead market research on emerging tech trends including neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Architect secure-by-design frameworks for next-gen IoT ecosystems
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and incubate disruptive startups
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI in emerging markets
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives at Fortune 500 level
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance and regulatory frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with decentralized systems (blockchain, Web3) at enterprise scale
- Certification in Technology Futures Strategy (CTFS) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
