Responsibilities
- Design 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible innovation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members driving multi-million dollar investments
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts influencing 2026+ landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- Deep expertise in Web3.0, biocomputing, and climate-tech convergence
- Certified in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and Neuro-Symbolic AI
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
