Responsibilities
- Lead development of 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems) for commercial viability
- Drive innovation through cross-functional R&D partnerships and startup ecosystem engagement
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across legacy systems and new platforms
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in technology ROI modeling and budgeting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic planning or technology management preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
