Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech patent landscapes
- Track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Certification in technology governance (e.g., CTO Academy)
