Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Biotech, Robotics) to create a comprehensive strategic plan for the next three years.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and product teams.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify high-impact opportunities for innovation.
- Project Governance: Oversee the development of pilot programs for futuristic technologies, ensuring alignment with our long-term ethical and sustainability goals.
- Partnership Development: Identify and vet potential acquisition targets or strategic partners in the frontier tech space.
- Innovation Labs: Lead initiatives within our R&D incubator to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 product cycle.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a high-growth environment.
- Future Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and their ethical implications; experience with emerging tech forecasting is a plus.
- Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- Business Acumen: Proven track record of driving business value through technology innovation and managing budgets effectively.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, long-term strategic problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in a technical field preferred.
