- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for leadership teams

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and futures research methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership or innovation frameworks
