- Partner with C-suite to align innovation investments with long-term vision
- Produce trend reports and foresight briefings for executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global trend analysis networks
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets over $1M
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
