Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster design thinking and collaborative ideation
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation ecosystems
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and business strategy
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
