Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market adaptation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for stakeholder engagement
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify breakthrough investment opportunities
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward agile innovation methodologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing business practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing future-driven initiatives generating $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) required
