Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation pilots and proof-of-concepts
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives or published research
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) strongly preferred
