Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable business impact
