You'll pioneer research methodologies, collaborate with C-suite executives, and transform foresight into actionable strategies that drive innovation across our global enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year strategic initiatives
- Present foresight findings to executive teams and board members through compelling narratives
- Design and implement futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi studies, SWOT analysis)
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and their business implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into organizational strategy
- Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities with executive audiences
- Familiarity with AI/ML, climate tech, and biotech disruption vectors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Futures School) preferred
