Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ technological horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, industry, and startup partners for collaborative innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional facilitation skills for multi-stakeholder workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Business Innovation, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful translation of foresight into commercial innovations
