Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026+
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Champion cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Present futuristic scenarios to executive stakeholders for strategic decision-making
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab focused on 3-5 year horizon opportunities
- Establish KPIs to track innovation ROI and market disruption success
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate emerging startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong data analytics background with ability to interpret complex trend data
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
