Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop long-term strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and industry partners
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks in next-gen technology development
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on AI/quantum/biotech implications (2020-2025)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic pivots
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic predictions
