- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Build predictive models for market disruption vectors using proprietary datasets
- Advise executive team on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leader in futurism or tech innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (Palantir, Tableau, custom ML models)
