- Produce trend reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future-vision concepts into product roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with compelling data visualizations
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts impacting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership on future trends in reputable journals
