- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-makers
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions for emerging markets
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term strategic adaptation and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive communication experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published trend analyses or scenario plans
