Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their strategic implications for business operations
- Develop comprehensive 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate innovation
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive technology frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global technology forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating market disruptions and developing successful tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, spatial computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
