- Certification in AWS/Azure quantum services and GCP Vertex AI
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Expertise in post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Fluency in Rust, Python, and quantum assembly languages
