Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Assist with coordinating valet services and handling lost and found items.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly.
- Uphold company standards of excellence and brand image at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Las Vegas residency is preferred for immediate availability.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
