Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests and event attendees
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash register operations
- Prepare and serve beverages in our lobby bar during evening shifts
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in public areas
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for private functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficient in POS systems and basic computer operations
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Knowledge of New Orleans tourism a plus
