Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at attraction stations and ticket counters
- Operate arcade games and attraction equipment with safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized guest areas
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with event setup and crowd management during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old with valid work permit
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
