Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at ride entrances and attraction areas
- Enforce safety protocols and monitor guest behavior for compliance
- Operate ride controls and perform basic equipment checks
- Assist with crowd management during peak hours and special events
- Maintain clean and organized guest spaces and queue lines
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues independently
- Participate in daily safety briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (no prior experience required)
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
