Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with organizational goals.
- Oversee the architectural design and implementation of scalable infrastructure to support anticipated global traffic spikes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, and C-Suite) to identify risks and opportunities for the 2026 period.
- Drive the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with future 2026 platforms.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of infrastructure projects leading up to and during 2026.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a C-suite or VP-level capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning for large-scale events or infrastructure overhauls (e.g., 2026 World Cup preparation, mega-event infrastructure).
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture, microservices, and high-availability system design.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $10M and leading teams of 50+ engineers.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
