- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee a high-performing team of researchers and engineers dedicated to prototyping technologies that will be market-ready in the coming years.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with leading academic institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a creative environment that encourages experimentation, risk-taking, and the development of 'moonshot' projects.
- Executive Leadership: Present the 2026 vision to the board of directors and key stakeholders, articulating the long-term value and ROI of emerging tech investments.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within high-growth tech environments or Fortune 500 companies.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
