Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns business goals with emerging technological trends and market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Resource Allocation: Lead the cross-functional strategy to allocate resources effectively for long-term R&D initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic visions to executive leadership and board members to secure buy-in and funding.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and lead an internal 'Future Lab' to prototype and validate concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global competitors to anticipate market shifts and defend our market position.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic product management, corporate strategy, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends and their potential business applications.
