Responsibilities
- Define and execute the corporate roadmap toward full quantum integration by 2026, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence into core business processes, optimizing for efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee a cross-functional team of strategists, engineers, and researchers to ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions.
- Identify emerging quantum computing trends and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Establish partnerships with leading quantum hardware providers and research institutions.
- Develop and communicate a compelling vision for the future of our technology stack to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or R&D management, with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts and their practical business applications.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets of $5M+ and leading diverse, high-performing teams.
