Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via phone, email, and in-person to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Install, configure, and deploy workstations and peripherals.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory control.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet immediate deadlines.
