You will be responsible for providing top-tier technical support to our diverse client base, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring 100% uptime for our systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets using Zendesk/ServiceNow.
- Conduct remote and on-site system audits to identify vulnerabilities and optimize performance.
- Mentor junior support staff and create detailed technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex product defects.
- Ensure compliance with company security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, in our Los Angeles office.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
