Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory and asset tracking.
- Respond promptly to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure system uptime and security compliance.
- Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of verifiable experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.
