As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the face of our IT department, ensuring our clients and employees have seamless access to the tools they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical interactions and solutions in the Help Desk system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and user experience.
- Conduct routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Train new employees on basic office equipment and software usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and hardware components.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States immediately.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
