Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for technical inquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients with efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and resolutions in the database.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to troubleshoot complex tickets.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of new software updates.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
