Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Manage and update asset inventory and documentation.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in the setup of conference rooms and video conferencing equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a Helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
