Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain employee workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Configure and deploy new software and hardware for incoming employees.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Conduct regular system backups and perform routine maintenance to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
