Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical assistance to internal staff and clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patching.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and peripherals.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve support processes and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and remote access tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
