Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Lead code reviews and architecture planning sessions to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and deliver features on time.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (Java, Python, or C# preferred).
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
